The story
From a center's office to a system for every program
The founder spent years managing child care operations and licensing compliance: fire inspections, training records, attendance sheets that never matched, families who needed everything in their own language.
HubiCare is the system that office needed. It began with the door tablet and the DCYF attendance file, then grew into the family app, billing, enrollment, the compliance center and the rest.
Today HubiCare serves child care centers and family child care, public and charter schools, after-school programs and camps, and tutoring and enrichment programs, each in its own words and its own languages.

We never sell data or show ads. Families can ask for an export of their own records.

Guided tours, written guides and support for signed-in members, in the app's languages.
