HubiCare

Built in Minnesota

Child care software that already knows Minnesota's rules.

HubiCare was built in a Minnesota center, so the DCYF attendance file, CCAP tracking, Rule 3 and chapter 142H ratios and the licensing visit are part of the product, not an add-on. Families use it in Somali, Spanish, Arabic, Urdu, Swahili, Amharic, Oromo or English.

The director's Today board: who is here by room, live ratios and what needs attention. Invented names.

What you get

What a Minnesota center gets

  • The DCYF Provider Hub attendance file

Built from the door tablet's records in DCYF's own template, checked for missing sign-outs, and downloaded by you to upload in the Hub.

  • CCAP tracked per child

Authorizations, agency payments and family co-pays on each child's account, with the absence and billing-period dates in view.

  • Ratios under the right rule pack

Live ratios by room against Rule 3 today and chapter 142H from July 1, 2027, or Rule 2 for family child care; alerts when a room slips.

  • The licensing visit

Training due dates, background studies, incident reports, medication logs, drills and checklists in one place, with an inspection packet export.

How it works

Three things that happen every day

  1. Families check in at the door

A tablet with a 4-digit family code or a QR card records who signed and when, in the site's own time zone, even when the internet drops.

  2. The office sees the day

The Today board shows each room, staff on duty, the ratio and what needs attention; daily reports go to families in their language.

  3. The files make themselves

At the end of a billing period the DCYF file and the reports are ready to check and download. HubiCare never sends anything to DCYF for you.

Questions

Questions Minnesota centers ask

Is HubiCare integrated with the DCYF Provider Hub?
No. HubiCare makes the attendance file in DCYF's import template; you download it and upload it in the Provider Hub yourself. Direct integration would need a vendor agreement with DCYF.
Does it work for family child care too?
Yes. A site licensed under Rule 2 uses the family child care rule pack, its license class and its own words, such as care areas and the license holder.
What does it cost?
Pricing depends on your program's size. We send a quote after a short conversation; there is no self-service signup and no credit card to enter.
