How it works

A session, start to finish

  1. Schedule

    The office sets the session's days and hours; the family sees the schedule and the roster on the phone.

  2. Session and note

    Attendance is recorded, the tutor writes the note, and an optional AI draft helps only when your owner has turned it on.

  3. Invoice

    The plan produces the invoice; the family pays online or autopay takes care of it.

Questions tutoring programs ask

Can a student belong to more than one program?
Yes. Sessions and groups live per site; a student can attend tutoring at one site and an after-school program at another inside one organization.
Can families pay by bank transfer?
Yes, by card or bank through Stripe; a bank payment that is still settling is shown as pending so nothing is charged twice.
Is there a free plan?
No. Pricing depends on your program's size and comes as a quote; after a conversation we can open a 7-day trial that becomes your account.
